exactly 1.5 months I start working and finally i blog.
saying im settling down, i dont think so. im still looking for what i want. not to say that the job currently im doing aint challenging, it has its challenge but somehow im worried that the experience i gain now aint valuable for my next job. this is because most of the time im doing quality inspection and disposition, review on hold job and by-off, thats In Process Quality Engineer.
thus, im looking for something which is really into the process aka Process Engineer, to fine-tune each process to perform to the max (as claimed by the interviewer). i went for interview for another american company over the weekend. they just gave me a very unsatisfying answer. i went through the interview for Process Engineer, the interviewer (senior engineer) about to forward me to the boss of Process Engineer for further action, she called the HR to the interview room to ask whether the boss was free for interview, the HR immediately asked "Process Engineer post? the boss said they dont want to take in anymore, they have enough already."
the interviewer asked the HR "So not taking any Process Engineer anymore?"
HR said "No, he got enough already."
the interviewer then turned to me to apologize.

the interviewer persuaded me as sweet as she could. i just!!!!! (shaked head)
I complaint to the HR.
anyway, CHILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!
i have another in mind now. lets see.
one advice "Guys, first job is very important!"
