can't wait to 'fry' people on this coming weekend. one week from now. hmm gymming liaw, back on form liaw, call that ah jiam challenge me liaw. muahahahahahahaha

hmm gymming, talk about gymming, i ever thought of consuming protein bar. will it be suitable for me? well, no because i do gym only because to train up physical fitness and not build body shape. sometimes, i see those who go there to build body really 'kiet' their body. what i mean is really 'kiet'! can see the hand's 'blood vessel' on their skin. kintio sial. kena one punch dunno roll how many times in the gym. of course they got the body shape because we do gym with different purpose. they build body, i train up physical fitness!

sometimes, if there's no tournament or competition, i will slack a bit, wont push so hard. but this is not i want. what im thinking now is to buiLD BODY! go all out. so i will do gym frequently i guess. i dont want to be a slacker.

pros of build body
` avoid slacking
` always maintain tip top physical fitness
` beautiful body shapes of course! haha

cons of building body
` have to consume protein more i guess, AMWAY Protein!!!
` too big size not suitable for badminton
` kuku become shorter. diu
` have to be really particular about food. no junk food for sure liaw lar.
` my body shape now not bad liaw mar <--- 3 girls praised before ler, not kidding. i still know who kok. hehe. aiti, if i really train, then all the girls ma die liaw. see how 1st.. build body? really want ar? yes ar? no regrets ar?
