waaaaaaaaaaah McD ahhhhhhh
everytime mengunjung ke McD for burgers. do we ever think of opening our own outlet? chia hui roughly calculated the entire cost to setup a complete outlet is approximate RM1.5 million. a lot huh? solely franchise license costs RM117k and the kitchen setup is roughly RM900k.
actually if we're affordable, why not we open one? it's a good opportunity if we look at long term. what i think is open at highway road will the best. somemore Mcd drive-thru 24hours.
anyway, i just put up on my ebuddy personal message "open one mcd 1.5 m ringgit, who wan share?' i'd received a lot of responce.
"i wan. rm1.50."
"i wan rm1 m."
"i wan. count me in but let me check how much i got first."
"why mcd, don want kfc?"
then say lai say ki. in the end asking myself, how much i have? rm100k? rm500k?

sometimes when we dream of doing a big matter (tua kang tao) which can really burn our pocket, we will say, i dont have that much lah. im not rich.
i ever thought of buying a condo when i have my own earning later in my life, but leh chia hui calculated for me.
"how much you earn per month? for engineer, give you rm6k per month, u think u can cover?"
"condo now cost about rm500k, if you loan, cut this cut that, u wan sleep on the roadside ar?"
"car loan leh? havent calculated."
"when you have kids le, one kid cost how much? u wan tek off ur pant run on the road ar?"
wahseh, really as if in my life i will never get a chance to buy condo meh? haiyo, engineer also cannot buy a condo? then who else can buy condo? then i dont want become engineer lah (i ever thought of it too =P), cannot buy condo also. then we all engineer go buy terrace houses. or a bit better fortune, go buy semi-d. self-customize ask xin ni, count cheaper loh. pity us lah, engineer not affordable.
in real life, is it that hard to get this get that? i think so because we now dont really come to that situation yet. it's quite scarying if in the end we cant buy this cant but that. i dont want that also.
maybe there's better way? become politician? got side income from UTM (under table money). seriously, an ordinary YB can live a big bungalow? what the hell? so good earning? then car plate got another special plate which i wanted it so much on my Nissan Murano.
yeah yeah. i nearly forget. i also want Nissan Murano. then how? cannot buy condo, nissan murano also dont think liaw lah. or dont buy condo and sell of everything go buy Nissan Murano and the whole family stay in the car? at least achieve something in life and can tell people, 'Eh i afford to buy a Nissan Murano.'
haiya, be realistic la, we wont be able to get that life, really? back to actual life with what we have now.

1st part: bout mcD, wanna clarify here else others will b thinking chia hui so rich wanna open McD. i'm just curious y McD din serve uniten so went to d site aft purchase pizza online. saw d franchise thingy so browse through.
P/S: drive through cost u overall RM3M :P
2nd part: engineer knot buy this n tat ar? nt d fact k. cos previously u tell kenny wanna have a common lifestyle (if my memory is gd enough) with income RM4k per month. since u state tat u wanna buy this buy tat i wanna let u know RM4k per month can't achieve it 4 sure :D
3rd part: how sure r u tat politician just depend on tat income? they might have registered company under their wife's name :P u'll never know. mayb someday we should go interview them (for those living huge mansion)

single house ar? lazy to cut grass, azy to wash the floor when coming to cny, lazy to paint the building when dirty. so condo is better, js pay n they do everything. somemore gt swimming pool arrr, gt gym, gt facilities to play, from there can know more residents staying there le.. so gud.. neighbours nowadays, keep to themselves la..fence build high high scare ppl climb in.. hahaha.. u gt any idea of interior design??
interior design in condo... mayb limited compare to single house lo.. but can b very high class also la of course... =D
