muahahaha. finally ive found my so called 'curve' bar or also known as the zig-zag bar. haiya, many people dont know about this bar lah. tell you lah, this bar lah... for you to put weight then u carry. hehe

it's rm99 i saw at mid valley the other day. i assume it's expensive since this is the only bar i could find so far. many places dont sell it.

hmmm... wait!! gonna buy it soon. problem is im going back soon so no point buy it and put it in kl.

im going back to kuching to find. when i got this bar, i plan to have my own mini gym at home. and of course, i have to get permission from Housing Minister, my dad!

i dont need any hardcore and heavy machine, i just need some pieces of weights and bars. and the big big ball!

so i think it's still affordable for me lah if dont buy hardcore machines.

im serious! i try not to go outside gym that often as it promotes unhealthy society. you know i know lah!

at least i know what im going to do for the next 3 months.
