the differences

this is what really happening. it's real!

6 months after operation of my left ankle, i've started with all sorts of exercises. initially was light exercise then now im trying with heavier exercise. just want to test the strength of my ankle after operation.

type of exercise:
jogging
- actually jogging is not a problem already as i can speed up my pace now. slowly build up my stamina too. i managed to complete one jog round-campus. can say quite promising recovery already! =)

gymming
- gymming is the scariest thing now. but i managed to complete a few sets of game too. slowly, i think i can adjust myself, back to gymmming. just not to push myself too hard. i can go a long way. haha

badminton
- yeah. obviously i still have problem with my game. the thing is i cannot play too aggressive now as my left ankle isnt funtioning as 'flexible' as before. i dont know. my friends said it's only 6 months, dont expect too much on your ankle yet. my very obvious weakness, front court, i cant hit a flat ball when i move front because my speed is too slow! then at the back court, i have to run slowly from right back to left back, cannot do as before jump from the right to the left. this is because my left ankle still cannot sustain my body weight on its own, in other way i have to balance my body weight on both feet. damn! that's a obvious weakness, opponents can threaten me anytime. =(

futsal
- yeah. i tried futsal already. just to test my sprinting. sad thing. i could only sprint once in one direction meaning if asking me to sprint to the front then make a back sprint instantly, i have to surrender!i still cant do it. can feel my left ankle still weak.

now the only thing im trying to train is sprinting to and fro. when i can sprint, automatically my left ankle can sustain my body weight already because when sprinting my left ankle has to sustain the force too.

I CAN DO IT!!
