THIS IS an AGREEMENT BETWEEN

Client no1: CHEW WUI JERN/M/871009-XX-XXXX

Client no2: KENNY LAU/M/871126-XX-XXXX

After 10 minutes of chatting on msn, Client 2 agreed to accept Client 1 deal. Due to Client 1 willingness to cut down the frequencies of playing at KPCA for his own good and Client 2's reputation.

Deal Background

1 .from 1st April to 5th July 2009, Client 1 promised Client 2 not to play badminton at KPCA more than 2 times. If Client 1 breaks his promise, Client 1 has to treat Client 2 a bowl of Laksa Special and one Teh C Peng Special.

2. if Client 1 ask Client 2 for badminton at KPCA during the period mentioned, Client 1 again has to treat Client 2 two bowls of Laksa Special and one Teh C Peng Special.

With that, Client 1 and Client 2 have reached to an agreement. This agreement will take effect at 12am 1st April 2009.
